Delivery in mainland France
We're delighted to offer delivery on all our jewelry for customers living in mainland France. As soon as you place your order, we do our utmost to prepare your jewel with care and speed.
If your size is in stock, you will receive your order within two to three working days. If not, an adjustment will be made within seven to ten days (you will be informed by message).
International delivery
For our international customers, we aim to provide the same quality and care. A fixed shipping charge of 4.95 euros will be applied to your order, regardless of your location in the world.
Order tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation e-mail with your package tracking number. This will enable you to track the progress of your delivery and know exactly when you will receive your precious purchase.

You have 15 days from receipt of your parcel to initiate a return request. This period allows you to reflect on your purchase and to ensure that the jewel suits you perfectly. For a refund, you must inform us of your wish to return the item within three days of delivery.

For a piece of jewelry to be eligible for an exchange or refund, it must be in its original, unworn condition. This includes, but is not limited to, the absence of scratches, damage or alterations of any kind. The jewel must also be returned with the accompanying case, pouch and certificate of authenticity.
